2024-2025 Club fees:

Regional Teams (12-1, 12-2, 13-2, 14-2, 15-2, 16-2, 17-2 and 18-2)

$1300 ($550 deposit due at tryouts, which will be applied to your account once you commit to play for I.C. Stars, $375 due by the 10th of Dec. and $375 due by the 10th of Jan.)

What the $1300 DOES COVER: 6 months (November into April) of training and competition, 4 to 5 Regional Tournaments/Regional Championships, Coaches Pay, Coaching Certification, Coaches Expense for Regional Events, Coaches Registration/Background Check, Club/Team Registration, Gym Rentals, Equipment, Administration Fees, Insurance and Website.

What the $1300 DOES NOT COVER: Membership with USAV $55 and AAU $20 (If needed), 2 Uniform Jerseys, Spandex (I.C. Stars hoodies, t-shirts and other apparel are optional), Individual Player Travel Expense to all events, Possible Coaches Overnight Stay for a regional event that is too far to travel the morning of the event and Multi Day Travel Events (examples below).

Optional Multi Day Travel Events (to be determined by Club Director and Coaches):

CUVC Events, Shamrock, Greensboro AAU, etc. (Est. Cost $120-$160 per player/per event).

12-1, 12-2, 13-2, 14-2, 15-2, 16-2, 17-2 and 18-2 will possibly attend 1 or 2 Multi Day Travel Events which will not be included in “Regional Team Club Fees”. Fees for these events cover Tournament Entry, Coaches Travel, Coaches Lodging and misc. expenses.

Travel Teams (13-1, 14-1, 15-1, 16-1, 17-1 and 18’s)

$1850 ($550 deposit due at tryouts, which will be applied to your account once you commit to play for I.C. Stars, $500 due by the 10th of Dec, $400 due by the 10th of Jan and $400 due by the 10th of Feb)

What the $1850 DOES COVER:  6 months (November into April) of training and competition. Maximum of 3 Regional Tournaments/Regional Championships, 3 Travel Events (2 and 3 day events), Coaches Pay, Coaching Certification, Coaches Expenses for Regional Events, Coaches Registration/Background Check, Club/Team Registration, Gym Rentals, Equipment, Administration Fees, Insurance and Website.

What the $1850 DOES NOT COVER:  Membership with USAV $55 and AAU $20, 2 Uniform Jerseys, Spandex (I.C. Please keep in mind that 3 Travel Events are included in your Travel Team Club Fees.  Any Additional Multi Day Travel Events will be decided by the Club Director and Coaches. The Fees for any Additional Event(s) are NOT included in the Travel Team Club Fees.

Two Day Events such as:  CUVC Events, Shamrock, Greensboro AAU, etc. (Est. Cost $120-$140 per player/per event).

Three Day Events or National Qualifiers such as:  City of Oaks, Monument City Classic, Big South, NEQ, etc. (Est. Cost $175-$225 per player/per event).

USAV Championships, JVA Championships and AAU Championships will be postseason considerations (Cost TBD).

13-1, 14-1, 15-1, 16-1, 17-1 and 18’s will attend 3 Multi Day Travel Events which are already included In Club Fees. Additional Events will be optional and determined by the Club Director and Coaches.

Please Note: If a player decides to leave a team for any reason, they will forfeit any fees that have been paid up to that point and will be responsible for any remaining fees!
